When Egypt’s military intervened amidst the country’s recent crisis, democracy lost, according to a panel of five Middle East experts.A faculty panel of experts on the Middle Eastern conflict gave insight into the complex state of democracy and politics in Egypt this Monday in the Indiana Memorial Union.

Archaeology research lab faces space limits

On the floor below the Office of the Vice Provost for Research sits a research lab of less than 10 people, only two of whom are full-time employees. The Glenn Black Laboratory of Archaeology has limited space for its collection of artifacts. Director April Sievert hopes to expand the lab's storage space and rehabilitate its collections.

Bujouves picked up her goals off corner kicks by fellow sophomore midfielder Kayleigh Steigerwalt. The defense, anchored by senior goalie Shannon Flower, recorded pair of shutouts to lead the Hoosiers past Eastern Michigan 1-0 Friday and Eastern Kentucky 5-0 Sunday.

Redshirt sophomore quarterback Tre Roberson started under center for the second consecutive game, but it was sophomore quarterback Nate Sudfeld who carried the Hoosiers’ offense in IU’s 41-35 loss to Navy on Saturday night.
