While the Hoosiers came in with a clear mindset and the return of junior starter Ryan LeBlanc, Indiana could not best the Boilermakers on their home mat. The Hoosiers dropped the match against in-state rival Purdue with a final score of 28-13, moving to 0-7 in the Big Ten.

Drouin jumps to another Big Ten Athlete of the Week honor

Drouin's 2.32m-jump also broke the 25-year-old Gladstein Fieldhouse record for men's high jump set by Mark Reed. Later that night, Drouin said it was a very special feeling to be able to break the record in his final home meet.

Stadium Crossing resident's car stolen at gunpoint

A group of three men reportedly jumped a Stadium Crossing resident Sunday evening in the parking lot of the complex formerly known as the Villas. The group then reportedly demanded the victim’s car keys at gunpoint and drove away in the victim’s silver Kia Soul.

A recent study released by the United Nations states 100 million people could die by 2030 as a result of climate change unless drastic measures are taken to reduce carbon emissions. Going on dates is fun. Making it a special date, like where you wear something besides sweatpants, is fun. Getting presents is fun. Going to a stereotypically romantic place on a Thursday around the same time as a million other people, however, does not sound fun. Freaking out about what to get someone you just started dating last week because it’s Valentine’s Day does not sound fun.
