FairTalk members fight for marriage rights in Ind.

·

Jean Capler and her partner, Jenny, have been together for 15 years. They go to the movies like any other couple, they go out to breakfast like any other couple and they love each other like any other couple. As two lesbians in the state of Indiana, they cannot get married like any other couple.

Fans cheer Hoosiers to title

·

When the IU men's soccer team faced Georgetown in the finals of the College Cup Dec. 9, they had to face more than just the players on the field, fans said, as Hoosier came from around the country to turn Hoover, Ala. into "Bill Armstrong South."

IU blanked by No. 1 Penn State

·

Although the team trained to the best of its ability, the Hoosiers could not deliver, losing 52-0 to No. 1 Penn State without a single weight class pulling through to gain a win for the team.

2nd-half comeback not enough for IU

·

After falling behind early in the first half, the IU women's basketball team couldn't quite crawl its way back, falling 59-56 to Butler Sunday at Hinkle Fieldhouse.
