Measles virus spreads in Ind.

The Indiana State Department of Health confirmed 13 cases of measles in Boone and Hamilton counties on Feb. 15, according to a press release. Two of the 13 cases involved Noblesville, Ind., students.

Police arrest long-term suspect at traffic stop

Lt. Scott Oldham of the Bloomington Police Department stopped Chicago resident Walter Wells at 11:11 p.m. Friday near West Third Street, not knowing Wells was a suspect in a long-term drug investigation.

The Bloomington Burlesque Brigade, the city’s only burlesque troupe, will perform in shows at 10 p.m. and midnight Saturday at Jake’s Nightclub. Doors open at 9 p.m.
