Following an economically successful debut as a Super Bowl host city, the city of Indianapolis will pursue a bid for the 2018 Super Bowl, Mayor Greg Ballard announced Wednesday.

Ind. to pay IBM $12 million for contract termination

The State of Indiana has been ordered to pay IBM $12 million in early termination closeout payments and for equipment it retained after canceling a contract with the company to implement a privatized welfare system. The decision was ordered Wednesday by Marion Superior Judge David Dreyer.

Police arrest man for tobacco store robbery

A Bloomington man was arrested at about 8 a.m. Sunday for Saturday’s armed robbery of Karton King Discount Tobacco and Liquor Store, located at 2475 S. Walnut St. Pike.
