The University decided to forgo an investigation of Phi Delta Theta fraternity because of an incident that occurred before the fall semester began. The incident was the cause of the fraternity getting its charter suspended.

The stat books will mark Wednesday night's men's soccer game as senior goalkeeper Jay Nolly's eighth shutout of the season, but the reality is that he barely even needed to show up. IU dominated in-state rival IUPUI in every sense of the word, holding the Jaguars without a shot for the entire 90 minutes.

I am still stunned about the insulting article "Stupid is as stupid votes" by Elisha Sauers. If she wants to bash Bush, that's her opinion and I respect that. However, the moment she arrogantly said Bush supporters "don't know diddlysquat about Iraq" and that we "live in Bizarro World" she crossed the line.

As a freshman in high school, IU senior Mindy Peterson crossed the Illinois State Cross Country Championship finish line in 26th place. This is outstanding for being only a freshman, but she wasn't just an ordinary freshman.
