Peter Duong, a 19-year-old IU sophomore from Terre Haute, was hit by a car traveling southbound while crossing Fee Lane 2:30 p.m. Wednesday. His belongings were scattered across the street and into the grass area of McNutt. IU Police Department officers talked with witnesses and investigated the scene. Alex Benson
