Chloe Bailey of Bloomington sits on the sidewalk in front of the Monroe County Courthouse holding a sign protesting President Barack Obama's health care iniatives on Saturday at the Stand Up For Religious Freedom Rally. There were rallies all over the country at noon Saturday.
