Two Bloomington residents sit in the waiting area after receiving doses of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine Feb. 24 at the Monroe Convention Center. People are required to remain in a waiting area for 15 minutes after receiving the vaccine to make sure they don't have any side effects.
