After a questionable white substance was found in the bathroom on the 7th floor of Forest Quad, Assistant fire chief for the Bloomington Township Fire Department Joel Bomgardner helps captain Matthew Bright suit up. Bright had to suit up three times yesterday to investigate separate reports of a white powdery substance in dorms.
