The house formerly occupied by Kappa Sigma is being demolished following a decision in December by teh IU Board of Trustees. The decision was followed by objection from people wanting to keep the house as a historic landmark due to Hoagy Carmichael having played piano inside shortly after he graduated from IU. Yossi May
