Over the summer, the Bapu Teahouse had its grand opening in Bloomington. The small shop is located on 10th St. across from Pizza X. A steady stream of customers arrived Monday night to purchase the traditionally Taiwanese drink normally made with chewy tapioca balls or fruit jellies at the bottom.
