Interfaith Winter Shelter Site Director Connie Peppler grabs a blanket off of a shelf Wednesday at Trinity Episcopal Church. Every Wednesday 12-15 volunteers come to the church to help lay down mats, pillows and blankets, prepare food and keep watch.
