South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg spoke June 11 at the IU Auditorium. His speech began at 11 a.m. and lasted around an hour. Buttigieg gave remarks regarding topics such as foreign policy and national security. “The world needs America to be the best its ever been,” he said.
