In recapping the Hoosiers' 1-0 loss against Notre Dame on Sept. 26, Inside Indiana's Zach Osterman reported that IU Coach Todd Yeagley would like his team be willing to take a few "'half chances' rather than laboring too much for an ideal shot."

"We're creating, we're getting ourselves into dangerous situations," the third-year-coach said Monday. "We just have to look to take a few more half-chances."

That is one area Yeagley said he hopes to see his team improve upon against the University of Kentucky on Wednesday.

Junior midfielder Harrison Petts's goal to defeat Penn State came from a half-chance, Yeagley said.

"(He) had a little window, he kept it on frame and that's all he needed," Yeagley said. "Right now, we're looking to overpass or make the special move that creates full separation"
