The IU volleyball team has added an interim assistant coach:
Paul Koncir has been added as an interim assistant coach for the remainder of the 2010 season. He comes to Bloomington after serving as the head coach at Towson University from 2006-09. In his four seasons leading the Tigers volleyball program, Koncir gathered two trips to the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) Championships, a top-100 recruiting class (2009), six All-CAA selections, a CAA Rookie of the Year and a 2010 commitment from a Under-Armour High School All-American.
Koncir takes over as interim assistant coach because former assistant coach Chris Kosty left the program due to personal issues and went back to the Northwest.
