2005 IU alum Jeff Overton's wait for his first PGA Tour victory will be at least another after his runner-up finish at this week's Greenbriar Classic in White Sulphur Springs, W.V. The second place finish is the third time this season Overton has been runner-up and he has a total of five top-5 finishes in 2010.

Coming into the final round, Overton held a three shot lead but that was quickly erased with the eventual champion Stuart Appleby shooting 59, which ties the lowest round ever in a PGA Tour event.

The Evansville, Ind., native had his chances on the back nine on Sunday. Overton three-putted both Par 5's on the back nine and finished the tournament with a 21-under par total of 259, one shot behind Appleby.

Even though Overton left West Virginia still searching for his first PGA Tour victory, he still moved up to 6th in the FedEx Cup Race and has a very realistic opportunity of making the 2010 U.S. Ryder Cup Team.
