Ambry Moss, a native of Providence, Bahamas, has just signed a National Letter of Intent and will join the IU men's soccer team this fall.

Moss joins other members of the 2010 recruiting class consisting of: Kerel Bradford, Ryan Bristol, Jacob Bushue, Nikita Kotlov, Dyan Lax, Matt Mckain, Harrison Petts, Taylor Reeves and Blake Wise.

Moss has spent his last three years at the IMG Academy in Florida, and helped the IMG squad to a third-place finish at the U-18 Development Academy National Championship in July 2009. He was named the Most Improved Player and Defensive Player of the Year while at IMG. Currently, Moss is playing with the IMG Bradenton Academics of the Premier Development League.

IU coach Todd Yeagley had this so say about Moss(per press release):

We are very excited Ambry is joining our soccer program," Yeagley said. "Ambry will bring athleticism, toughness, and communication skills to our backline. He has a wonderful personality and is a natural leader. Ambry has worked with an outstanding group of coaches down at the IMG Academy. Our staff anticipates Ambry having an immediate impact next fall."
