UPDATE:
Apparently IU doctors cleared Negedu as well, but the Hoosiers did not want to take the risk with Negedu's heart.
The LA Times is reporting that Emmanuel Negedu will transfer to New Mexico, from Tennessee. He suffered from cardiac arrest September 28th while at Tennessee, and Tennessee doctors would not clear him to play.
