The IU men's tennis tournament finished its three-game trip to Florida with victories over Central Florida and Fairleigh Dickinson on Wednesday.
After losing all three doubles matches against Central Florida, No. 47 the Hoosiers (9-3) took over and won five straight points in singles play for a 5-2 victory.
Fairleigh Dickinson wasn't nearly as difficult.
IU rolled over the Knights 7-0 and was never really tested. Junior Santiago Gruter got the match off in singles play, giving younger players the chance to step up and prove they deserve a spot in the lineup.
They didn't disappoint.
Freshman Josh MacTaggart made quick work of Sven Sjoerds at No. 2 singles, winning 6-3, 6-0. Sophomore Will Kendall was also huge for the Hoosiers, dismantling Mark Hemy at No. 5 singles 6-0, 6-0.
The Hoosiers are off until March 26 when they open the Big Ten season against Wisconsin.
