The IU women's basketball team looks for revenge as it travels to Madison to do battle with Wisconsin at 7 p.m. today.

Here is a quick look at the second meeting between the Hoosiers (13-11, 6-7) and the Badgers (17-7, 7-6).

The last time they met

Wisconsin invaded Assembly Hall Jan. 28 and escaped with a 55-47 victory over IU. Tara Steinbauer led the Badgers in scoring with 15 points, and Lin Zastrow and Alyssa Karel each added 13 points for Wisconsin. IU junior guard Jori Davis led all players with 21 points.

Where they stand now

The Badgers are tied with Michigan State for third in the Big Ten. The Hoosiers are knotted with Iowa, who defeated the Hoosiers in Assembly Hall Thursday, for sixth in the conference.

Pregame notes

  • Wisconsin boasts the top scoring defense in the Big Ten, allowing 53.9 points per game. The Badgers also are the conference's top rebounding team defensively, pulling down 32.8 boards per game.
