With this being dead week, my Friday afternoon is wide open. I found some time to look into some of the things being written about IU and Kentucky heading into the Saturday game.

The No. 4 Wildcats will face an Indiana team at its best in the past two seasons, whether that evens up the talent on the floor or not.

Anyway, here are a couple stories I read today.

Indiana Daily Student: Zina Kumok wrote about the final game of a major stretch for IU.

I did a story stating IU couldn't have played Kentucky at a better time this season, although there are the obvious differences in talent.

I also wrote up a piece about Crean's 200th win.

Jordan Cohen said IU will have its hands full with Kentucky.

Lexington Herald Leader: Jerry Tipton wrote about the effect of Wall mania on Patrick Patterson

Louisville Courier Journal: Brett Dawson covered Calipari's possible hair loss from freshman gaffes.

Kentucky and IU have their media availability this afternoon, so there will be a lot more for you on Saturday. Happy reading.
