There have been some shifts on the rankings front for several IU prospects in the 2010 class.
Rivals and Scout have put out new rankings, and they are pretty different.
Take a look at the (current) top-ranked IU prospect Kyrie Irving. He is No. 14 on the Rivals list, but No. 6 on the Scout rankings.
Former top prospect Dominique Ferguson's stock has dropped off somewhat. The former No. 10 recruit on Rivals is now in the 23rd slot at that site, and he is 22nd on the Scout list.
When you look at the Scout list, there are six players, including Irving and Ferguson, that list IU as a school of interest, while the Rivals listings show seven players with interest in its top-50 prospects.
We'll be looking into this a little more in the coming weeks to figure out who the Hoosiers are going after the hardest which of these athletes with interest are being looked at the most intently.
Hopefully, we'll have news for you soon.
Happy Fourth of July!
