Although the Hoosiers did not make the top 25 in either the AP or ESPN/Coaches Poll their win against Purdue on Monday did draw some national attention. In the latest ESPN bracket the Hoosiers are an 8 seed. Good right? Only problem, they would play the top seed in their section in the second round which is predicted as North Carolina.
I know it still pretty early to talk about exactly where or if they will be in the NCAA tournament. I do, however, think they have an excellent chance to make the NCAA tournament this year. The real test is going to be when they play Ohio State (First of two meetings on Feb. 1)
