A day after tallying six shots - a team high - in the 3-0 win against Michigan, senior midfielder Brad Ring was named a semifinalist for the Missouri Athletic Club Hermann Trophy.
Ring was one of only 15 players named and the second from the Big Ten. Michigan State's Doug DeMartin is also a candidate.
In August, Ring was one of 48 announced to the Hermann Trophy Watch List. This is the second consecutive season Ring has been a semifinalist for the Hermann Trophy. Finalists will be announced Dec. 12, with the winner chosen in January.
