Under 16:00

Hoosiers start out on a 10-0 run, it is now 10-2 with Jori Davis awaiting two free throws

Usually starter Jamie Braun was not in the starting lineup, she was replaced by sophomore Whitney Lindsay.

Other starters were the usual: Roberson, Davis, Jackson and Thomas

Under 12:00

Freshmen Sasha Chaplin who missed both exhibition games with injury scores her first bucket of her career. Davis leads all scores with seven points. IU leads 22-6. Still no sign of Braun, as freshmen Mells replaces Lindsay at point.

Under 8:00

The Cardinals go on a 11-6 run to cut the Hoosiers lead to 11. Hoosiers lead 28-17. After the timeout free throws will be awaiting Jackson.

Under 4:00

Thomas picks up her second foul on a questionable call, she'll likely sit rest of the half. Davis as well has two fouls and has been sitting since the twelve minute mark. Lindsay now leads IU with nine points, going 3-3 from beyond the arc. Hoosiers lead 38-21.

Halftime

IU leads 44-33. A balance scoring attack thus far with Jackson leading with 10 points and six rebounds.

2nd half

Under 16:00

IU's most dangerous player in this game, Jori Davis, picks up two quick fouls and now sits with four.

The Cardinals were able to cut the Hoosiers lead below double digits three times in this span, but an 8-0 run has put the Hoosiers up 16. 56-40 IU leads.

Under 12:00

Sasha Chaplin continues to play well in first action of the season completing on a three point play. She now has seven. Four Hoosiers are now in double figures, Jackson still leads with 12. IU leads 61-42.

Under 4:00

Jori Davis returns and hits two quick buckets, but then drives to the hope to pick up an offensive foul to foul out of the game. She finishes with 14 in limited action

IU still on top by a lot, 81-60.

FINAL: IU wins 84-68

IU finished with six players in double figures. Jackson lead all scores with 17.

IU will move on to play Xavier in the second round of thw WNIT, Sunday 2 p.m. at Assembly Hall.
