When Christian Watford verbally committed to IU, the Hoosiers' 2009 recruiting class jumped up to No. 5, according to Rivals.com. Thanks to the recent commitment from big man Bawa Muniru, IU is now considered the third best class in the early team rankings. IU fans have to love seeing PG, SG, SF, SF, PF and C, as Crean is really adding a versatile group of players.

One thing to keep in mind, however, is that four of the top five recruits in the class (including No. 1 John Wall) have yet to select a school, while nine other five-star commits remain uncommitted. Should a lower ranked school add a five-star recruit or two, IU is likely to drop a bit. Either way, they appear to be a lock inside the Top 10, and have a solid class, regardless of their final ranking.
