I just came back from my Sports Communications class (ugh, night class) with a little bit of relevant football information.

Freshman wide receiver Terrance Turner, who started in place of suspended wideout James Bailey last week, is still on crutches after injuring his right knee against Iowa.

Turner was unable to tell me about his injury due to IU Athletic's regulations. But as one football player hinted to me, "he's still on crutches, obviously."

The extent of Turner's injury is not known. During his post-game press conference Saturday, IU coach Bill Lynch said the knee would need to be examined before he knew the extent of the injury.
