Class of 2027 center Felix Kiehlneker committed to Indiana men’s basketball on Tuesday, his agents told DraftExpress. Kiehlneker’s commitment marked the second of the 2027 class, joining guard Chase Branham.
Kiehlneker took official visits to Indiana and USC prior to committing to the Hoosiers.
The 7-foot-1 center averaged 8.9 points, 7.3 rebounds and 1.9 blocks in 23.5 minutes per game during the 2025-26 season with the Ulm BBU, a youth basketball development club in Ulm, Germany.
He also averaged four points, 4.3 rebounds and 0.4 blocks in 12.6 minutes per game over seven games during the 2026 FIBA U18 EuroBasket. According to 247Sports, Kiehlneker is expected to start for a Pro-A team in Germany this season, the second tier in the German basketball system.
With Kiehlneker’s addition, Indiana’s class is currently ranked 15th overall, according to 247Sports. Branham, the other commitment in the class, is a four-star guard ranked 24th nationally and second in the state of Indiana. Kiehlneker currently does not have a star grading or national ranking.
