No. 20 Indiana football is releasing more tickets to students for its season opener against Old Dominion University, which is slated for 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Memorial Stadium in Bloomington.
Indiana Athletic Director Scott Dolson sent an email to students Thursday afternoon with a link to purchase tickets at the student rate of $33.60. The tickets are in the reserved sections around the stadium instead of the general admission student section.
“One of the many things that made last year special was the explosion of interest and support from all of you, the IU student body,” Dolson wrote in the email. “You showed up (early), you stayed (late), and you cheered (loud). As for studying? That waited until Sunday. Let’s do it – all of it – again in 2025.”
The Hoosiers sold out their final four home games of their 2024 campaign en route to arguably the greatest season in program history. Indiana’s Big Ten opener against Illinois on Sept. 20 was previously announced as a sellout July 31.
With student tickets sold out for the 2025 season, Dolson and company are now aiming to fill the unsold seats for Saturday as the Hoosiers prepare to face the Monarchs — a team Indiana head coach Curt Cignetti said they “have to be ready to go” against.
