Bloomington Furniture Company, located at 2634 E 3rd St., announced the stores closure on a series of Facebook posts June 9. The furniture store of 41 years also announced its final closing sale in a post June 16.
The post stated up to $3 million dollars of furniture needs to be sold before the store closes its doors. The post also included the following schedule for the sale:
- Thursday, Friday June 26-27: 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.
- Saturday, June 28: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
- Sunday, June 29: Noon – 5 p.m.
- Monday, June 30: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
“Massive Discounts Storewide! Bring your trucks and trailers!” the post read.
