A reported sexual battery occurred Sept. 12 at Delta Tau Delta fraternity house involving an individual who had been fondled.
IU defines fondling as the touching of the private body parts of another person without consent.
According to IU Police Department Public Information Officer Hannah Skibba, IUPD received the report from the Title IX Office on Sept. 25 The individuals involved did not report the incident directly to IUPD. University officials were referred to review the case.
Eight sexual batteries and seven rapes have been reported to IUPD since Aug. 21, according to the IUPD crime log.
