IU Notify issues all clear following shots near Dunn and 17th Street

IU Notify Bloomington issued an all clear at 1:12 a.m. Saturday following an emergency statement about shots fired near Dunn and 17th Street.

The alert said to remain vigilant and call 911 with information.
