Indiana men’s basketball head coach Mike Woodson decided to reinstate the five players he suspended for the team’s game against Northwestern, according to a release from IU Athletics on Thursday.

Senior guard Xavier Johnson, graduate student guard Parker Stewart, sophomore guard Khristian Lander, freshman guard Tamar Bates and senior center Michael Durr will all be available to play when Indiana faces No. 17 Michigan State at 3:30 p.m. Saturday in East Lansing, Michigan.

“It’s important that all team rules are followed, and a curfew applies to everyone in our program for a reason,” said Woodson. “It will be my decision to determine what role each one will have moving forward.”

Now nearly back to full force, Indiana will look for a bounce-back win after its depleted and fatigued seven-man roster lost its halftime lead against Northwestern and never got it back.
