Former University of Missouri quarterback Connor Bazelak announced his commitment to Indiana football Thursday on Twitter.

As a redshirt junior, Bazelak has three years of eligibility remaining. He was Missouri’s starting quarterback in 2020 and 2021 and was named a 2020 Southeastern Conference Co-Freshman of the Year in a coaches poll.

Bazelak completed 65.2% of his passes in 2021 for 2548 passing yards, 16 passing touchdowns and 11 interceptions. Bazelak did not participate in the Lockheed Martin Armed Forces Bowl in December 2021 due to a leg injury, according to the Missouri football program.

He was a four-star recruit and the No. 10 ranked pro-style quarterback in the country out of Archbishop Alter High School in Dayton, Ohio, according to the 247 Sports composite.
