A man allegedly fondled another person around 5 p.m. Monday at Cedar Hall, the IU Police Department reported Friday in an IU-Notify.

After reviewing security footage, IUPD said the suspect is likely the same man who was reported to have inappropriately touched five women Oct. 19 and Oct. 20 at the Evolve Bloomington.

IUPD said the incident occurred inside a publicly accessible elevator in the building.

The Bloomington Police Department described the suspect for the incidents at Evolve as an around 20-year-old black man, who is about 6’3” and 160 pounds. He is also described as having brown eyes and black hair with medium-length dreadlocks.

The investigation is ongoing. IUPD asks anyone with information to call (812) 855-4111 or Crime Stoppers at (317) 262-8477.
