Actor and comedian Pauly Shore will perform at 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Buskirk-Chumley Theater as a part of his stand-up comedy tour.
Shore is known for his roles in 1990s comedy films such as “Encino Man,” “Bio-Dome” and “Son in Law” as well as a host on his own MTV show “Totally Pauly.” He made his stand-up debut when he was just 17 in Culver City, California, at the Alley Cat Bistro.
His comedic style consists of stand-up jokes and improvisational comedy along with his alter-ego, a surfer known as “The Weasel.”
The show is general admission, but there are VIP tickets that will give access to the first six rows of seats. Theater doors will open at 7:30 p.m., and the show is expected to last around two hours.
Merchandise and photo opportunities with Shore will be available after the show but can only be purchased with cash.
Tickets for the show cost $26 for general admission and $41 for VIP tickets. Tickets are available online. Ticket prices will rise $5 if purchased Wednesday.
