* FINAL: IU defeats No. 6 Michigan State 79-75 in overtime.

Clutch rebounds and free throws made by De'Ron Davis down the stretch to help secure a monumental win for IU.

Romeo Langford finished with 19, but a complete team effort from IU after Juwan Morgan's injury.

IU snaps a seven-game losing streak.

* END OF REGULATION: IU and Michigan State are tied at 66.

A wild, topsy-turvy final few minutes ends with IU having the ball and a chance to win the game, but Romeo Langford takes a poor 3-pointer that isn't close.

Extra basketball in East Lansing.

* Under-4 Timeout (3:58 in the game) IU leads Michigan State 62-60.

Massively important finish coming up in East Lansing.

IU is 9-17 on 3-pointers, including some really clutch shots from Devonte Green, but Al Durham has left for the locker room with what appears to be a really painful thumb injury.

* Under-8 Timeout (7:55 to go in the game) Michigan State leads IU 52-48.

A tight finish is expected in East Lansing, as Romeo Langford is set to head to the free-throw line for a pair of free throws.

Langford is just 2-12 from the field today, as Justin Smith leads IU with 11 points.

Eight of the 10 IU players to appear in the game today have scored, with Rob Phinisee and Damezi Anderson the only exceptions.

* Under-12 Timeout (11:31 to go in the game) Michigan State leads IU 47-44.

The Hoosiers and Spartans have traded the lead back and forth, with an Al Durham 3-pointer being the latest way that IU went in front.

But a lightening quick 5-0 run from Michigan State restored its lead.

Juwan Morgan is back on the bench for IU, still in uniform and with no noticeable injury-related apparel on his body.

* Under-16 Timeout (15:30 to go in the game) Michigan State leads IU 38-36.

Wild sequence of basketball unfolds in East Lansing, with fouls going uncalled, possession quickly alternating between both teams and both head coaches being livid with the officials.

During it all, Evan Fitzner made a 3-pointer for IU, his first made 3-pointer since Dec. 19.

Juwan Morgan will not return to tonight's game for IU and Miller told ESPN during halftime that Morgan's shoulder was still being evaluated.

* HALFTIME: Michigan State leads IU 31-28.

A first half of mixed emotions for IU, as the Hoosiers put together a decent effort on the boards and off the bench, but lost senior talismanic forward Juwan Morgan.

Morgan left with six minutes to go in the half with a left shoulder injury suffered after diving on the ground for a loose ball.

Not a huge scoring day from any IU player yet, as Romeo Langford leads with six points.

But the scoring has been spread out as IU has 10 bench points and seven total players who have scored.

A 26-18 rebounding advantage for IU as well at the break.

* Under-4 Timeout (2:22 left in the half) Michigan State leads IU 29-24.

Juwan Morgan has been injured and has left the game for IU.

With 6:04 left in the half, Morgan dove for a loose ball on the court, then stayed down on the court with a left shoulder injury. He remained seated for several minutes before walking off the court with a team doctor and toward the IU locker room.

In his absence, De'Ron Davis has continued to play for IU with two fouls.

Three IU players have five or more points, led by Langford with six.

* Under-8 Timeout (7:39 left in the half) Michigan State leads IU 18-16.

Hoosiers went more than five minutes without scoring before Devonte Green made a 3-pointer.

Michigan State used that stretch to both go through a shooting slump of its own, then take the lead.

Cassius Winston leads all players with 10 points.

* Under-12 Timeout (11:44 left in the half) IU leads Michigan State 13-9.

Cold shooting start from both teams with IU being 5-12 from the field while Michigan State is 4-14.

De'Ron Davis and Rob Phinisee each already have two fouls for the Hoosiers.

IU has a 12-6 rebounding advantage so far.

* Under-16 Timeout (15:19 left in the half) IU leads Michigan State 11-9.

A very solid offensive start for the Hoosiers, and in particular Romeo Langford with four points and Juwan Morgan with five points.

IU is four of six from the field while Michigan State is four of 10 from the field.

IU's first substitution of the game was replacing Rob Phinisee with Devonte Green, who then quickly committed an offensive turnover.

* Michigan State wins the tipoff and after securing an offensive rebound, Cassius Winston makes a 3-pointer to start the game.

* Here are the starting lineups for tonight's game.

* Junior guard Devonte Green will return from suspension tonight for IU, starting the game on the bench, while senior guard Zach McRoberts is out with a foot injury.

Junior center De'Ron Davis was dressed during warm-ups for the Hoosiers.

* At the midway point of Big Ten Conference play, Michigan State is 9-1 in Big Ten games while IU is 3-7 in conference contests.
