* FINAL: IU defeats Louisville 68-67.

Romeo Langford led IU with 21 points, while Juwan Morgan had 15 points.

IU is now 8-2 on the season and has won three straight games.

Rob Phinisee also had a clutch three-pointer for the Hoosiers down the stretch.

* Under-4 timeout (3:50 to go in the game) Louisville leads IU 55-54.

Big time finish coming in Bloomington as both teams have engaged in a back-and-forth battle during the last few minutes.

Langford and Morgan are the only IU players in double figures scoring, but the Hoosiers are still struggling from distance, shooting just 3-13.

Nwora is having a Dererk Pardon-like performance for Louisville, having scored 24 points.

* Under-8 timeout (7:48 to go in the game) IU leads Louisville 51-50.

The Hoosiers have the lead against the Cardinals. A big three-pointer from Rob Phinisee, just his second basket of the game, put IU in front temporarily in front, before Louisville took the lead again.

But a wonderful inside pass from Langford to Morgan led to a basket by IU's senior forward as he was fouled.

Justin Smith is on double-double watch for IU with 9 points and 7 rebounds.

* Under-12 timeout (11:32 left in the game) Louisville leads IU 47-42.

Louisville has had an answer for every IU run so far today. Ryan McMahon hits a three-pointer to give the Cardinals a five-point lead after the Hoosiers once again made it a one-possession game.

Smith and Davis continue to give IU valuable minutes on the inside, especially since Morgan has seven points and three rebounds today.

Romeo Langford has 13 points.

* Under-16 timeout (15:53 left in the game) Louisville leads IU 39-38.

The Hoosiers have possession of the ball with a chance to lead for the first time today.

De'Ron Davis and Justin Smith have put in very good shifts to begin the second half, with Smith having a monster dunk and Davis completing an and-1 play.

IU has gone on a 6-0 run during the last 1:06 of game time.

Davis and Smith both have 7 points, and Davis is 3-3 from the field.

* HALFTIME: Louisville leads IU 33-28.

The Hoosiers failed to lead during the first half, one in which they shot 44 percent from the field.

Distance shooting and free-throw shooting remain a problem for IU, which is 2 of 8 from three-point land and 4 of 8 from the free-throw line.

Romeo Langford has 11 points to lead the Hoosiers, but Al Durham's 0-4 performance, including going 0-3 from three-point range, has weakened IU's offensive output. IU has just three assists as a team.

Louisville is led in scoring by Jordan Nwora with 11 points, while Christen Cunningham has a pair of three-pointers.

* Under-4 timeout (3:39 to go in the first half) Louisville leads IU 27-22.

IU is being outplayed through 16 minutes here in Bloomington.

Langford and Morgan have combined for 12 points, but very few other Hoosiers have had good showing on offense. Al Durham in particular has struggled, going 0-4 from the field.

Both teams are struggling from behind the arc, with Louisville shooting 3-11 and IU shooting 2-8.

There was a four-minute stretch in which IU did not make a field goal during this most recent segment of play.

Jordan Nwora leads all scorers with 11 points and he has been very impressive for Louisville thus far.

* Under-8 timeout (7:41 to go in the first half) Louisville leads IU 19-18.

It appears we may have another Jekyll-and-Hyde type performance from Devonte Green today.

Green has one three-pointer, the only one made by a Hoosiers today, as well as one really bad turnover which led to a Louisville breakaway dunk, in his five minutes of game action.

Juwan Morgan is up to five points for IU as well.

Christen Cunningham and Jordan Nwora are doing the damage for Louisville right now, with Nwora showing superb dribbling ability and finishing power.

* Under-12 timeout (10:30 to go in the first half) Louisville leads IU 17-13.

Romeo Langford has put on a show so far for IU, scoring six points with some impressive stepback jumpers and crossover moves. He also is 3-4 from the field, only missing a wide-open corner three-pointer.

Hoosiers not named Romeo Langford are just three of 10 from the field.

Not a lot of successful ball movement from the Hoosiers so far, they have just one assist as a team.

* Under-16 timeout (15:45 to go in the first half) Louisville leads IU 8-2.

Slow offensive start as both teams missed their first two shots, but Christen Cunningham has five points for the visitors. Romeo Langford has IU's only points of the game via a stepback jump shot.

IU is 1-5 shooting, along with a bad turnover on a pass from Al Durham.

* IU won the tipoff, and Juwan Morgan missed a layup on IU's opening offensive possession. Rob Phinisee missed a layup on the next possession. Both teams have missed their first two shots.

* Here are today's starting lineups.
