Woman sitting outside coffee shop tells police a man flashed her

A 23-year-old woman told police she was sitting on the Inkwell Bakery and Cafe’s patio Sunday afternoon when a man flashed her his genitals.

She reported two men were standing outside Darn Good Soup staring at her when one of them pulled his penis out.

The woman told officers she ran inside the coffee shop to tell management what happened. Staff at the Inkwell called police.

By the time officers arrived, the men had reportedly driven away on motorcycles.

The woman described both men as tan with dark hair.

Bloomington Police Department Capt. Steve Kellams said police reviewed surveillance from the area but could not identify the suspects.

“All reasonable leads have pretty much been exhausted,” Kellams said.

The case is inactive.
