25th annual Lotus World Music and Arts Festival to take place this weekend

The Raya Brass Band helps leads the Festival Parade during the Lotus World Music and Arts Festival on Sept. 30, 2017, which went from 7th Street and Washington Street to Buskirk-Chumley Theater. Festival attendees were free to join the Brooklyn-based, Balkan brass band with an assortment of colored flags as they marched the streets of Bloomington. Andrew Williams

The kick-off concert for the festival is at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Buskirk-Chumley Theater. Read more here.


Volleyball to get first taste of road conference play
