The Indiana Memorial Union bowling alley will be organizing several events and tournaments throughout the semester. Some of the events changed since last year, but there will be some returning favorites.

Ryan Clemons, Bowling & Billiards manager, said the events last year were
well-attended.

“We had 60 people show up for to play FIFA,” Clemons said in an IMU press release. Two Dollar Tuesdays from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m., pre-Late Night on Fridays from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., and Family Fun Day on Sunday, where, from noon to 11 p.m., groups of five can bowl for an hour for $10.

Bowl Your Heart Out on Feb. 14 from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m., where couples will receive four games of bowling for $10.

Pin No Tap Tournament on March 1 at 8 p.m. There is a $5 entry fee, but the winner receives a $150 bowling ball.

Low Ball Tournament on April 4 at 8 p.m., where the lowest score is the highest and a gutter ball counts as a strike. The entry fee and prize is the same as the March tournament. Nine Ball Billiards Tournament every Monday at 7 p.m. for a three dollar entry fee. The first place winner
receives three hours of free billiards, second place receives two hours and third place receives one hour.

Every Wednesday there will be video game tournaments in games including FIFA, Madden, NBA2K and NHL. The event is free to participate in. The rewards are the same except the free time applies to gaming.
