An incident of vandalism and mischief was reported at the former Alpha Tau Omega fraternity house Friday, Nov. 6 at 3:16 p.m.
The residents of the house were reported to have broken windows and shot paintball guns at the house, said Lt. Craig Munroe of the IU Police Department. The incident took place while the residents were moving out of the house Friday afternoon following the announcement of their eviction.
