IU signs document to start international partnership

Provost and Executive Vice President Lauren Robel signed a preliminary agreement for the Kelley School of Business and the College of Arts and Sciences to collaborate with the IÉSEG School of Management in Paris.

The agreement, known as a Memorandum of Intent for Academic Collaboration, is the first step in creating partnerships in fashion management and marketing with IÉSEG, according to an IU press release. It will also broaden the already existing partnership the business school has with IÉSEG.

The potential partnerships would connect the master’s program in fashion management at IÉSEG with the College of Arts and Sciences and the bachelor’s in international business program at IÉSEG with IU’s design and business programs, according to the press ?release.

Both IÉSEG’s Paris and Lille campuses will be involved in the partnership.

The program is intended to lead exchange programs, create dual-degree programs for both undergraduates and graduate students, share academic material and develop joint research between faculty, according to the press release.
