A 21-year-old woman was arrested and charged with possession of narcotics and paraphernalia Monday, according to a report from the Bloomington Police Department.
The woman had been using heroin and had used earlier in the day, Sgt. Pam Gladish said.
Police arrived at the woman’s apartment door on suspicion of paraphernalia, Gladish said. The woman lives in Arlington Park Apartments on Bloomington’s northwest side.
