Bloomington police issued an arrest warrant after a 46-year-old female was allegedly sexually assaulted by her neighbor at about 9 a.m. Saturday in Acadia Court Apartments.
The female told police her neighbor, an acquaintance, came to her apartment for cigarettes.
Her neighbor, 52-year-old Otis Pye, then allegedly made inappropriate comments about her breasts before forcibly grabbing them, Lt. Faron Lake said.
She then crossed her arms, and Pye backed away and headed for her apartment door.
Before leaving, Pye allegedly pulled his pants down and exposed his penis to her, Lake said.
He then pulled his pants up and exited the female’s apartment.
