Spring energy challenge comes to a close today

The spring energy challenge asks residence halls, greek houses, apartments and academic buildings on campus to conserve water and electricity.

It also aims to teach participants about conservation habits that they can apply to their daily lives after the challenge. The competition will end today.

Thus far, 3,157,035 kilowatt-hours and 6,080,486 gallons have been saved since the competition began April 2.
