Bloomington Police Department officers arrested 21-year-old Devon Mullis after allegedly finding methamphetamine, marijuana and cocaine in his residence, Sgt. Steve Kellams said.
Officers responded to a call reporting a fight at 1:38 a.m. Tuesday in a parking lot at 3203 S. Market Place. They did not find a fight.
Officers asked to enter the residence to make sure no one looked as though they had been fighting.
They were allowed inside and allegedly noticed marijuana and smoking devices, Kellams said.
Upon further investigation, the officers allegedly found methamphetamine and cocaine, he said.
Mullis was arrested on charges of maintaining a common nuisance, a Class D felony; methamphetamine possession, a Class D felony; and marijuana possession, a Class A misdemeanor.
