Youth-carried offense guides team

At this time last year, former IU Coach Bill Lynch was being  fired and Hoosier fans were worried about losing starting quarterback Ben Chappell and wide receiver Tandon Doss to the NFL.

What a difference a year can make. IU Coach Kevin Wilson is under contract for six more seasons, and not only is starting quarterback Tre Roberson staying, but he has three years left in his IU career.

Statistically, the scales were reversed on offense in 2011. While IU’s leading passer, rusher and receiver were all juniors or seniors in 2010, the leading passer, rusher and receiver were underclassmen in 2011.
