A Papa John’s pizza delivery man was arrested Tuesday night for allegedly delivering heroin.
Brandon Sheffield, 23, of Ellettsville, was charged with three counts of dealing a narcotic drug and possession of a narcotic drug with the intent to deal, both B felonies, and possession of a syringe, a D felony, according to the Bloomington Police Department.
Sheffield was accused of selling black tar heroin to a confidential informant three times in September, according to the police report.
Around 9 p.m. Tuesday, Bloomington detectives stopped him on Lakeview Drive, where they found a plastic bag full of syringes and what police thought to be heroin on a piece of paper.
